Your privacy choices

With your permission, CIRQUVIA will load the Google Ads tag only to measure successful enquiry-form submissions and clicks on our published sales email or WhatsApp links. Rejecting before it loads keeps it blocked. If you later withdraw, the site updates your choice and reloads without the tag.

Cookie Policy

CIRQUVIA uses a consent-controlled Google Ads tag only to measure successful enquiry-form submissions and clicks on published sales email or WhatsApp links. This page explains the technologies, choices and controls.

1. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small data files stored on a device when a website is used. Similar technologies can include local storage, pixels, software development kits and device identifiers. This policy covers all such storage and access technologies used by the CIRQUVIA website.

2. Current website status

The website uses Google Consent Mode v2 and loads the Google Ads Google tag (AW-18368375160) only after a visitor selects “Accept”. Before any acceptance, selecting “Reject” keeps the tag blocked and the site sends no request to Google for advertising measurement. If a visitor later withdraws after the tag has loaded, the site sends a consent-status update, removes accessible Google advertising cookies and reloads without the tag. The site does not currently use Google Analytics, customer login, online checkout, remarketing or embedded social-media feeds.

Consent Mode defaults advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalisation and analytics storage to denied. If the visitor accepts advertising measurement, only advertising storage and advertising user data are granted; advertising personalisation and analytics storage remain denied.

The website is published through OpenAI Sites and delivered and protected using Cloudflare infrastructure. After consent, the Google Ads tag may process page, browser, device, consent and ad-click information and may set first-party advertising cookies for conversion measurement. OpenAI Sites or Cloudflare may process technical request logs and may set strictly necessary cookies in security, bot-management or challenge scenarios.

Accepting or rejecting optional advertising measurement does not affect the availability of the website enquiry form, email or WhatsApp links. If measurement has been accepted, a successful form submission or a click on a published sales email or WhatsApp link may be reported to Google Ads as a conversion, but the form fields and message are not included in those events.

3. Current category statement

CategoryCurrent positionPurpose and handling
Strictly necessaryMay be set by OpenAI Sites or Cloudflare to publish, route, protect or verify access to the site.Used only for website delivery and security. Duration depends on the provider and the relevant browser session or security event.
AnalyticsNot currently used.No CIRQUVIA analytics data is collected through site code.
Advertising measurementUsed only after the visitor selects “Accept”.The Google Ads Google tag (AW-18368375160) measures successful enquiry-form submissions and clicks on published sales email or WhatsApp links. It may set a first-party cookie whose name begins _gcl_ to retain ad-click information, normally for up to 90 days. The tag is blocked before initial consent and on page loads after rejection or withdrawal; the current site does not enable remarketing or advertising personalisation.
Social-media embedsNot currently used. The site uses ordinary external-link placeholders.External services are opened only after you select a link.
Preference storageUsed to remember the visitor's consent choice.A strictly necessary first-party cookie named cirquvia_consent stores “Accept” or “Reject” for 180 days so the site can honour the choice. The current consent implementation does not store the choice in local storage. Language selection uses ordinary links and is not stored.

4. Strictly necessary technology

Technology is treated as strictly necessary only when it is essential to provide a service requested by the user or to secure the service in a way recognised by applicable law. A technology is not strictly necessary merely because it is commercially helpful. The consent-choice cookie is used so the site can remember and honour the visitor's decision. The Google Ads tag is non-essential and remains blocked unless the visitor selects “Accept”.

5. Email, WhatsApp, social and marketplace links

When you follow a link to WhatsApp, a social network, Alibaba.com or another third-party service, that service may use cookies or similar technologies under its own policy. CIRQUVIA does not control the third-party service before or after you leave our website.

6. What happens before adding analytics or advertising

Beyond the Google Ads conversion tag disclosed above, CIRQUVIA does not add analytics, advertising pixels, session replay, embedded video, maps, chat widgets or social feeds unless it first:

  • identify the provider, purpose, data, duration and transfer path;
  • assess privacy and security risk;
  • block non-essential technology until consent where the law requires opt-in;
  • provide equally accessible accept and reject choices without pre-selected non-essential categories;
  • record and allow withdrawal of valid consent; and
  • update the technology table and repeat production scanning.

7. Browser and consent controls

Most browsers allow you to view, delete or block cookies. Blocking technology that is strictly necessary may affect site availability or security checks. The persistent “Cookie settings” control lets you review, reject or withdraw the Google Ads choice as easily as it was accepted. Withdrawal stops the tag from loading on later page views and removes accessible Google advertising cookies from the CIRQUVIA domain; it cannot undo data already processed during a period of valid consent.

8. Production verification and policy changes

CIRQUVIA reviews the site after material technology changes, including cookies, local storage, network requests and security-challenge paths. We update this page when the technology or applicable rules change.
