Cookie Policy
The current CIRQUVIA website is designed without analytics or advertising trackers. This page explains the technologies used to deliver the site and the controls that apply before any non-essential technology is added.
1. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small data files stored on a device when a website is used. Similar technologies can include local storage, pixels, software development kits and device identifiers. This policy covers all such storage and access technologies used by the CIRQUVIA website.
2. Current website status
The current website design does not include analytics, advertising pixels, behavioural profiling, customer login, online checkout or embedded social-media feeds. Ordinary email and WhatsApp links do not by themselves place a CIRQUVIA marketing cookie before you click them.
The website is published through OpenAI Sites and delivered and protected using Cloudflare infrastructure. The site code does not deliberately set first-party analytics or advertising cookies. OpenAI Sites or Cloudflare may process technical request logs and may set strictly necessary cookies in security, bot-management or challenge scenarios.
3. Current category statement
| Category | Current position | Purpose and handling |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | May be set by OpenAI Sites or Cloudflare to publish, route, protect or verify access to the site. | Used only for website delivery and security. Duration depends on the provider and the relevant browser session or security event. |
| Analytics | Not currently used. | No CIRQUVIA analytics data is collected through site code. |
| Advertising or retargeting | Not currently used. | No advertising profile is created through site code. |
| Social-media embeds | Not currently used. The site uses ordinary external-link placeholders. | External services are opened only after you select a link. |
| Preference storage | Not currently used. | Language selection uses ordinary links and is not stored. |
4. Strictly necessary technology
Technology is treated as strictly necessary only when it is essential to provide a service requested by the user or to secure the service in a way recognised by applicable law. A technology is not strictly necessary merely because it is commercially helpful. Because the current site code does not use non-essential cookies, CIRQUVIA does not display a consent banner. If non-essential technology is introduced, it remains blocked until any consent required by law has been obtained.
5. Email, WhatsApp, social and marketplace links
When you follow a link to WhatsApp, a social network, Alibaba.com or another third-party service, that service may use cookies or similar technologies under its own policy. CIRQUVIA does not control the third-party service before or after you leave our website.
6. What happens before adding analytics or advertising
CIRQUVIA does not add analytics, advertising pixels, session replay, embedded video, maps, chat widgets or social feeds unless it first:
- identify the provider, purpose, data, duration and transfer path;
- assess privacy and security risk;
- block non-essential technology until consent where the law requires opt-in;
- provide equally accessible accept and reject choices without pre-selected non-essential categories;
- record and allow withdrawal of valid consent; and
- update the technology table and repeat production scanning.
7. Browser and consent controls
Most browsers allow you to view, delete or block cookies. Blocking technology that is strictly necessary may affect site availability or security checks. Where a consent preference tool is used, it provides a persistent way to review or withdraw non-essential choices as easily as they were made.
8. Production verification and policy changes
CIRQUVIA reviews the site after material technology changes, including cookies, local storage, network requests and security-challenge paths. We update this page when the technology or applicable rules change.
